Welcome Chief Matthew Carmichael - Texas State UPD

This is long overdo. Please welcome Chief Matthew Carmichael who is the new director and chief of the University of Texas Police Department and a new TACUPA member!
Matthew is a native Texan who was away from home for many years while heading up the University of Oregon and UC Davis Police Departments. We are happy to welcome him back and wish him amazing success at Texas State.
