Title IX/Clery Reporting Structure- Input Requested

WTAMU is considering the creation of a compliance office that would house Clery and Title IX, among potentially other things related to compliance. Currently, Clery resides with UPD and Title IX reports to the CFO, but I have been tasked with getting information on the benefits and/or disadvantages of creating such an office. If you are willing to share, I would like to know the following:

  1. Current reporting structure for Title IX and Clery

  2. How Clery and your PD/Security currently interact

  3. Any limitations or conflicts with your current model?

  4. Are there any plans to modify your current model in the immediate future? If so, what model are you considering?
