88th Texas Legislature

As we get closer to the 88th Texas Legislature (January 2025), I am mindful that there is a lot going on that may have impact on you, your agency, or our profession as a whole. TACUPA wants to be PROACTIVE in that.

As a part of that proactive position, I need your help!

1. TACUPA is soliciting topics, concerns, needs, etc. that we may make as part of our legislative platform

2. TACUPA is soliciting individuals who may be willing to serve on our Legislative Committee for this session.
