Feedback Requested Re: Texas Senate Bill 8 (Texas Women's Privacy Act)

Good Afternoon,
Tarrant County College District (Facilities, Legal, Provost, etc..) is examining potential areas of concern related to the implementation of Senate Bill 8 (Texans Women's Privacy Act). If you have not had a chance to review it, Senate Bill 8 calls for the designation of multiple-occupancy restrooms and locker rooms to be used by the biological sex assigned at birth. Although it does not appear to create any new crimes or authorize arrests for violations, I am looking for any feedback from TACUPA Members as to what your college/university is doing to ensure compliance, and whether your police department has been asked to take any action.
