Chief Robert "Bob" Bratten

It is with heavy heart that the Texas Association of College & University Police Administrators share the passing of Chief Robert "Bob" Bratten.
Chief Bratten, started his 50-year career in law enforcement with the El Paso Police Department in 1959. A former TACUPA and IACLEA board member served as the Chief of Police at UT Health Science Center San Antonio for over three decades.
TACUPA mourns the loss of this faithful servant.

Bob was a mentor to many of us and a good friend. At his urging, I served on both the TACUPA and IACLEA Boards. His leadership helped make both Associations what they are today. Thank you for everything Bob!
