Exciting News! My team is hiring, this time we're looking for a Customer Success Manager in Texas to support our university and college clients! Please let me know if you have a recommendation.

We prefer to have someone with Law Enforcement or Higher Education project management experience and who understands higher education operations, budget cycles, police operations, and technology implementation, but we are open to anyone who can learn and is ready to serve.


Texas has been a hub of success for CriticalArc in recent years, and we’re looking towards an even brighter future. As part of our ongoing commitment to empower and support our customers, we’re on the lookout for a dynamic, high-energy individual who is passionate about safety and community engagement.


This role is crucial. The chosen candidate will:

-Lead our customer success program activities across Texas and neighboring states.

-Champion safety, helping our clients build safer, more connected communities.

-Empower customers to make the most of our SafeZone platform, driving deeper engagement with stakeholders and broader platform usage.

-Lead new implementations and assist clients to grow their use of SafeZone.

-Work with our sales division before and after a sale to ensure client success.
