Threat Assessment -- College/University Transfer and High School Student Coordination

Seeking information related to campus threats to identify incoming students who were a "person of concern" at a previous academic institution. Understanding students don't just enter your campuses from local high schools, do any of you have programs that would identify incoming students from local schools. For example, coordinating with ISD CARE or BIT teams? Stemming from that any programs/practices in place to help identify transfer or other students planning to attend your institution, that may have been a "concern" at a previous academic facility?
