Jones joined Universal Protection Services in 1996 and, through organic growth and mergers and acquisitions, grew the $12-million business into Allied Universal with annual revenue of approximately $20 billion.

 

Jones has received numerous honors and awards including the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, the Orange County Business Journal’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award, the Vistage International Leadership Award and has been named the top job creator for two consecutive years by Inc.
